Jeffrey Bauer
President

Jeffrey joined NationAir in 1996, bringing with him 14 years experience as an attorney and managing partner for Foster, Waldeck, Lind & Gries, Ltd. and Founder and President of Weber & Bauer Insurance Agency. As President of NationAir, Jeffrey is actively involved in the legal issues, contracts and claims of NationAir clients. He also coordinated numerous mock trials on behalf of aviation organizations across the country.

Jeffrey has been a licensed pilot for almost 30 years. He received his B.S.B.A. from University of Missouri and his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Tom Kaiser
Senior Vice President

Tom's professional experience includes his decade-long ownership of Professional Flight Services, a full-service FBO in Hastings, Nebraska and Executive Vice President/General Manager at GP Express Airlines. He joined NationAir in 1991 as a branch manager in Nebraska and is now Senior Vice President. Just as all NationAir team members, Tom is an active member of several national and regional associations.

Tom is an ATP rated pilot with 5,000 hours total flying time. He attended college in Nebraska and the Emery School of Aviation in Colorado. Tom is married with two children, and enjoys golf and fishing.
