David Tyler brings more than five decades of aviation insurance industry expertise to NationAir and its clients.

Regarded as one of the most esteemed aviation insurance brokers in the world, Mr. Tyler's range of experience includes new business production, client liaison, and brokering for the worldwide airline industry. In addition to airlines, he also places airports, manufacturers, municipalities, and special use risks. He is very active in the reinsurance market, personally brokering accounts with underwriters throughout Eastern and Western Europe, the United States, and the Pacific Rim.

Educated in Hertfordshire, England, Mr. Tyler joined the British Aviation Insurance Co. in 1958 as part of its underwriting team. Ten years later, he moved to the brokerage side of the business. Since then, he has served in a variety of senior-level brokering positions, including CEO. He currently serves as managing director for the aviation and aerospace division of Colemont Insurance Brokers in London.
