Specializing in aviation insurance for more than 15 years in both senior underwriter and broker roles, Richard joined NationAir in 1998 and is currently Director of National Accounts. He is a past President of Northwest Aviation Insurance Association, President of Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association and Secretary of Helicopter Association International Insurance Committee. Richard is also a guest columnist for World Aircraft Sales magazine.
An aircraft owner with more than 30 years of active flying experience, Richard is an airline transport pilot, commercially rated helicopter pilot and commercially rated glider pilot. Richard holds a B.S. and M.A. degree and has completed post-graduate work in English and Literature.
