NationAir is a privately held, family-owned aviation brokerage founded by Ralph Bauer in 1978.

From our first office at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Missouri, NationAir now has regional offices located at airports throughout the United States.

Rather than focusing on a single area of aviation, NationAir represents the entire spectrum of aviation clients, from thousands of owners of private aircraft to regional airlines and major aviation product manufacturers.

We are committed participants in the aviation industry. For most of our history, the company has been an owner and operator of numerous corporate aircraft. Many of our brokers have extensive aviation experience as FBO owners, corporate pilots, military aviators and aviation attorneys. From the outset, NationAir has been an active participant in all national and many local aviation organizations.

At NationAir, we are proud of our employees and we give them every opportunity to succeed and advance within the company. We have an internal training program that keeps our account executives on top of the latest developments in the industry, which allows us to take care of the specific needs of our clients.
