Gregory has more than 20 years of aviation underwriting and brokerage experience, including tenures with United States Aircraft Insurance Group, Aviation Underwriting Specialists and Avemco. He joined NationAir in 1996 and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Reinsurance designations, and is a member of Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.

He is a commercial pilot with a certified flight instructor instrument rating. His aviation background includes experience with naval aviation flight crews, CFI/CFII and more than 2,000 hours of flight experience. Gregory holds a B.A. in Professional Piloting and is married with one child.
