ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Primarily responsible for providing customer service to existing and new customers by using knowledge of insurance products. Partner with sales team to meet and exceed customers’ service expectations and to work with insurance company underwriters.
The Account Executive must have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years Aviation Insurance experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty License preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
The Account Executive responsibilities include:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding policies
- Preparation of information to provide to customer and insurance companies regarding placement of new business and renewing current business
- Obtains and presents proposals and quotes and recommends coverages based on customer needs via phone and written correspondence
- Provides support and assistance to Branch Manager and/or other branch personnel as needed
